1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs

Every order is prepared carefully to ensure product quality and accurate delivery.

  • Standard processing time: 2–4 business days

  • During holidays, promotions, or peak shopping periods, processing may require up to 5 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.


🚚 Shipping Fee

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of:

$5.99 USD per order

Shipping costs remain the same regardless of order size or destination.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination country, carrier conditions, customs processing, and seasonal shipping demand.

Please note that shipping estimates are approximate delivery windows and are not guaranteed arrival dates.


3. Tracking Information

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment creation

  • Delayed tracking scans do not necessarily mean the package is delayed

  • Some international carriers update tracking less frequently during transit

4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, orders may be shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

This means:

  • Import duties, customs charges, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • Zentharm™ is not responsible for customs-related delays

  • Import regulations differ by country and region

Most small automotive accessories typically arrive without additional fees, but local policies may vary.


5. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests

Because orders are processed quickly after purchase, modification requests must be submitted promptly.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
